  • Yes, we do! Our team provides all the essential cleaning supplies, including eco-friendly products, except for our EPA-approved disinfectants and heavy-duty cleaners when needed. We bring a vacuum, mop, and natural cleaning solutions to ensure a thorough clean. However, we do not bring a ladder, step stool, toilet brush, or any pest control products. If you have any special requests, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • No, you don’t have to be home while we clean! Many clients provide entry instructions, and our trusted team will handle everything. If you prefer to be present, that’s completely fine too—just let us know what works best for you!

However, for recurring cleanings in smaller apartments, we may assign 1 cleaner based on the job's needs. Either way, we have a well-structured system for both two-person teams and solo cleaners to deliver the best results!
